We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the CyberSecure Mail service:
- Account registration information (name, email address, organization)
- Domain configuration data for email routing
- Billing information (processed securely by our payment partners)
- Usage logs for security monitoring and service improvement
- IP addresses for fraud prevention and security purposes
// 03. ENCRYPTION_PROTOCOLS
All data stored on bludni.com servers is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. S/MIME message encryption is available for end-to-end encryption of individual emails.
// 04. DATA_RETENTION
Your email data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, all data is securely deleted within 30 days from our servers. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
// 05. GDPR_COMPLIANCE
CyberSecure Mail is fully GDPR-compliant. EU users have the right to access, modify, export, and delete their personal data at any time. Data processing agreements (DPA) are available upon request for enterprise customers.
